Air France Plane Quarantined after Deadly Ebola Fear

PARIS, FRANCE ( – An Air France plane traveling from the West African country of Guinea was placed in quarantine for two hours on Friday after fears that travelers may have been carrying the deadly Ebola virus, airline officials said.

The originating flight from the Guinean capital of Conakry had 187 passengers with 11 crew members on board, and landed at Charles De Gaulle airport at 5:28 a.m when plane was placed under quarantine.

Emergency personal boarded the plane and conducted test for fever on all the passengers after dirty toilet sparked fear that a passenger could have been infected with the deadly virus.

An Air France spokesman said, “The tests turned out negative and passengers were released,”.
