Obama Bill, April 2014, To Launch Worldwide Mark of the Beast Mandatory Microchipping and DHS Fed Database

Before It’s News – by Lyn Leahz

Obama is pushing hard for the 2014 immigration reform, and as we know, he is hell-bent and determined when it comes to something the majority does not want, particularly those who are more conservative in their beliefs.

I understand it seems unimportant to most of you, but when you see the underlying trojan horse for most average citizens woven into the immigration bill, you will be astonished!

The issue? It will force every household in the United States of America to undergo micro-chipping, and afterward, obtain a biometric national I.D. card.

Wired magazine released an article titled, Biometric Database of All Adult Americans Hidden in Immigration Reform“.”  WIRED MAGAZINE

The immigration reform measure the Senate began debating yesterday would create a national biometric database of virtually every adult in the U.S., in what privacy groups fear could be the first step to a ubiquitous national identification system.

Buried in the more than 800 pages of the bipartisan legislation (.pdf)  is language mandating the creation of the innocuously-named “photo tool,” a massive federal database administered by the Department of Homeland Security and containing names, ages, Social Security numbers and photographs of everyone in the country with a driver’s license or other state-issued photo ID.

Employers would be obliged to look up every new hire in the database to verify that they match their photo.

Here’s what it means: Every American citizen in the entire world will be forced to receive the microchip (April thru July 2014) you must also get a biometric national ID, which is also around the same time that the Antichrist will sign a seven year peace treaty. Perfect timing, right?

Now, the trouble starts on page 178 of the bill where it mandates the creation of a “photo tool”, which would in fact be a federal database administered by the Department of Homeland Security containing names, ages, social security numbers, and photographs of every person in the United States of America with a drivers license or state issue identification. The law would require employers to check potential employees in the database and match their photographs and documents.

Page 194 states, “To confirm identity and employment authorization through verification and comparison of records as determined necessary by the Secretary;”

And, it is further confirmed on page 225 which calls for, “connectivity between U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Department of Justice, and other agencies or officials with respect to the sharing of information to support such System and related immigration enforcement actions.”

This is completely open-ended and unrestricted! Who are the “other” agencies and officials? That means that record merging records, sharing and other databases will be at the discretion of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)!

Still aren’t convinced? The FBI even has it on their website—Next Generation Identification (NGI)!  FBI GOV

It states:

Driven by advances in technology, customer requirements, and growing demand for Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System (IAFIS) services, the FBI has initiated the Next Generation Identification (NGI) program. This program will further advance the FBI’s biometric identification services, providing an incremental replacement of current IAFIS technical capabilities, while introducing new functionality. NGI improvements and new capabilities will be introduced across a multi-year timeframe within a phased approach. The NGI system will offer state-of-the-art biometric identification services and provide a flexible framework of core capabilities that will serve as a platform for multimodal functionality. A full and open competition was used to award the NGI contract to Lockheed Martin Transportation and Security Solutions. This multi-million dollar contract will consist of a base year and the potential for up to nine option years.

And, it goes on to say:

NGI will be the cornerstone that enables CJIS to meet its growing and evolving mission and continue to build its reputation as a global biometrics leader.

NGI Program Mission and Goals:

The NGI Program Office mission is to reduce terrorist and criminal activities by improving and expanding biometric identification and criminal history information services through research, evaluation, and implementation of advanced technology within the IAFIS environment.

Its goals are as follows:

  • Public Safety and National Security
  • Biometric Leadership
  • Efficiency Improvements
  • Privacy and Data Protection
  • Smooth Transition

It also includes face and voice recognition, iris scan information, and much more.  And, according to the FBI, this program was 60% complete in 2012, and scheduled to be fully functional in the summer of 2014!

What’s more, this immigration bill clearly allows for these two databases to be connected!

And it gets worse. On page 190 of the Immigration Bill, Section H, it grants the government the authority to modify information requirements at their discretion.

The Federal Government has already been collecting data for quite some time, however, it’s about to get much worse.

The increase in technology makes it easier, each and every day, for the government to spy on you, gather information about you and your family, and pretty much know everything there is to know about you. When it comes to Uncle Sam, there are no secrets.

This is very real, and Obamacare ties right into it! Through Obamacare, the government can easily access all your medical records, as you are probably aware, through an electronic medical records system.

And what does this all mean? The government can do whatever it chooses! They are in full control, and we have zero rights! All of these things target key areas that are unavoidable—healthcare, employment, banking, etc. And, you’ve been giving it to them free and easy through social media networks!
